Township Reaches Settlement on Brock St. Culvert Replacement Project

The Township has entered into a settlement agreement with Brennan Paving & Construction Inc. and AECOM Canada ULC, effective December 24, 2025, regarding the Brock St. Culvert Replacement Project.

Regional service impacts in observance of the holiday season

O Christmas tree – how can we dispose of you safely?

Whitby, Ontario – When the holidays are over, Durham Region will provide its annual curbside collection of natural Christmas trees. Natural Christmas trees will be composted with leaf and yard waste.

When and where:

Township Declares Significant Weather Event Due to Heavy Snow Accumulation December 10, 2025

Based on the heavy snowfall and high winds creating white-out conditions, the Township wishes to advise residents that roads may be snow covered and slippery. Residents are asked to drive according to the weather conditions.
