Trailicious - Local Food Month

September is Local Food Month in Uxbridge. This year the Township’s Tourism Advisory Committee has coined the term ‘Trailicious’ in hopes they can help promote local food events and the Farmer’s Market and the Fall Fair as a ‘trail experience’ for guests to discover in Uxbridge! If you are planning on having events in September promoting eating local, growing local, or want to learn how to become a part of this trail I encourage you to participate.

Their vision for this event would be one that resembles Jazzlicious – A Destination Markham initiative that highlights local restaurants featuring local foods, accompanied by live music. If any site wants to take a lead on this please let me know. Monthly Marketing Campaigns - Register Your Event Today!

Are you an Uxbridge BIA Business hosting an upcoming event?

The Uxbridge BIA is partnering with the Downtown Marketing Coordinator to offer a new way to promote and advertise local events in Uxbridge! A monthly calendar of events will be marketed electronically via various platforms and websites to drive foot traffic to local events.

If you have an event you want help spreading the word about, send your event details to the Township’s Downtown Marketing Coordinator, Kurtis, at kmcaleer@uxbridge.ca to be included in a future monthly event calendar.
