Canada Day Celebrations at Elgin Park on July 1st

The Township of Uxbridge will celebrate Canada Day on July 1st in Elgin Park. The event will include fun family activities and the evening will be capped off with fireworks at dusk. The evening fireworks display offers the flexibility of being able to spend the day with family and friends celebrating however desired while still being offered a great way to finish off the day with a bang!  

Gates to Elgin Park will open at 6:00pm with free admission. Vehicles must enter via the Elgin Park Drive gate. There will be no parking permitted near the bandshell at the Main St. entrance due to the danger of fallout from fireworks. Pedestrians are asked to avoid entering via the Main St. gate near dusk because falling fireworks pose a hazard in that area. Pedestrians arriving late will be rerouted to the Water St. gate for their safety.  

Please note, if the Township is under a fire ban on the day of July 1st the fireworks display may be cancelled.
