Lake Ridge Road RR23 at Ravenshoe Road, to Brock Concession Rd 7, to Kydd Road, to Lake Ridge Road RR23, to Ravenshoe RoadRoad Closed for Emergency Culvert Repair approximately 152m South of Ravenshoe Road - No Emergency Access at this point. Lake Ridge Road is open to Local Traffic Only from Brock Rd to Kydd Rd and from Kydd Rd south of the culvert replacement. Lake Ridge Road is open to Local Traffic Only from Ravenshoe Rd to just north of the culvert replacement. When: April 9 starting at 9:00 am continuing until Friday afternoon April 11 (Weather permitting).
- Regional Rd 1 RR1 from 255m South of Sandford Road to 419m North of Ashworth Road
Regional Rd 1 RR1 from Foster Drive to Harrison DriveRegional Rd 13 RR13 at Regional Rd 1 RR1, to Lake Ridge Road RR23, to Davis Drive, to Regional Rd 1 RR1, to 79 m north of Davis DriveRehabilitation of Regional Road 1 from 255 metres south of Sandford Road to 419 metres north of Ashworth Road (Part A) and from Foster Drive to Harrison Drive (Part B). The work includes asphalt pulverizing, excavation, grading, drainage, storm sewer installations, culvert replacements, granular base, curb and gutter, hot mix paving, intersection illumination, pavement markings and signage. April 2025 – July 2025
Road closure and lane restrictions Regional Road 1 (Concession Road 7) between Foster Drive and Regional Road 13 (Part B) will be closed from April 14 until July 9, 2025 for storm sewer installation and road works. Traffic will be detoured for the duration of the work onto Davis Drive, Lake Ridge Road (Regional Road 23) and Regional Road 13. Local traffic and emergency access will be maintained at all times.
Residents should expect traffic delays and are asked to exercise additional caution for the safety of the construction workers. Access to driveways will be maintained whenever possible. Notification will be given to residents should vehicles need to be moved out of their driveways.

Road closures and detours will be in place, to provide for installation of guard rails, paved shoulders, gutter and culvert replacements and road reconstruction.. - South Balsam Stormwater Pond Rehabilitation. November 4th – June 30th, 2025 The Township of Uxbridge has obtained all necessary permits to proceed with the reconstruction of South Balsam Pond. Construction is set to begin in the first week of November and will continue through the winter, weather dependent. The project is tentatively scheduled for completion by June 30, 2025.
- Service Disruption: South Balsam Trail will be closed for the duration of the construction.
