Durham Region Transit Launches New 605 Route in Uxbridge

In-town bus route provides continual service to popular locations

Effective Tuesday, January 2, 2024, Durham Region Transit launched the new 605 route operating in Uxbridge. The new route was launched based on ridership data from the On-Demand service and on feedback received from public consultation in Uxbridge.

The new 605 route improves reliability and increases public transit options for Uxbridge residents.

The new 605 route circulates around town and goes to the Preserve Shopping District on Welwood Drive in Uxbridge. Service will operate hourly from 6:40a.m. and 9:00p.m. on weekdays, and 7:10a.m. and 8:30p.m. on weekends.
