The Township of Uxbridge, in partnership with Durham Region, has created a community survey to gather opinions related to social services provided in Uxbridge. The survey is open to all residents and seeks to identify priority social services needs in the Township.

“Social services play an important role in the support offered to Uxbridge Township by the Region. This survey aims to assess how aware residents are of the local and centralized services available to them.” Says Bruce Garrod, Township of Uxbridge Regional Councillor “The input received will help identify the types of support residents would like to see, enabling us to suggest potential enhancements to locally delivered services.”

The survey is available at: https://forms.office.com/r/hs9QAyaXyW

The entire community is invited to participate. Paper copies of the survey are available at Town Hall, the Public Library and a variety of other locations across the Township. Completed paper copies are to be returned to Town Hall (51 Toronto St. S., Uxbridge), Monday-Friday 9:00a.m.-4:00p.m. by Monday, October 21st, 2024.
