The Township continues to accept bids and tenders at this time.  Please mail your bid, use our 'Red Barn' drop box at 51 Toronto St. S., Uxbridge, or deliver the envelope in person - ring doorbell.  Mailed bids must be received at the Township by the deadline stated in the public notice. We will not hold public tender openings. Bid or Tender results will be posted below.

As of February 19, 2020, the Township of Uxbridge will be using 'bids&tenders' digital procurement platform.Please Note: The Township of Uxbridge is Switching to new 'bids&tenders' Platform

Suppliers looking for opportunities with the Township of Uxbridge can now register with the 'bids&tenders' digital procurement platform to review opportunities and submit responses to requests for information (RFIs), requests for quotations (RFQs), requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for tenders (RFTs).

The 'bids&tenders' digital procurement platform assists suppliers in the application process, and reduces the timeline from bid closing to award. By using 'bids&tenders', Uxbridge is improving procurement process transparency, and creating open, two-way communication between the municipality and suppliers.

Submission of Bid Documents: Bid submission instructions are provided within the bid documents. Formal tenders and RFP’s must be submitted in originally executed hard copy in a sealed envelope clearly marked as to the contents, and received at the location, and by the date and time stipulated in the documents. Late bids are not accepted. Formal or Informal Quotations may, in some instances, be faxed or emailed directly to the attention of the Procurement Officer.
