Personal information which includes opinions and views, collected during these meeting is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001 and in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. This information will be used to assist in making a decision on the matter. All names and opinions expressed at these meetings may be collected and may form part of the minutes which will be available to the public.
